This is a great place to stay. If you are a fisherman, we have the best spot for you. We have boat parking which is very hard to find. We are 15 minutes to Lake Guntersville. We are 20 minutes from Sand mountain Amphitheater/Sports Complex.
You will have your own place not like staying at a hotel that most of the time is noisy. Each Cabin/Tiny Home is private and not shared with anyone.
There is golfing at WILLOW BROOK GOLF COURSE. We are about maybe 10 minutes away tops.
Burns Bluff at High Falls is a great wedding venue. We are just 6 miles away!
This is a very quiet place just to getaway from the craziness of the city.

Most of our units have BOAT PARKING! Great for you if you love to fish! Each unit has its' own washer and dryer. Great layout. The design has your comfort in mind. Each unit will also have a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, washer and dryer and more.

Booking will be very easy. You can pay us using paypal. You are expected to pay for all reserved nights, no installments. We will include a 12% Lodging tax, a $3.00 city surcharge, and a cleaning fee. Cleaning fee is $50-$70 depending which unit you book.

We are here to make your stay enjoyable. We do expect all guests to observe our policies/rules. We do have other units on the compound so it is important the guests be respectful to other guests.

* NO PARTYING ALLOWED. We take this very seriously. If you violate this we will ask you to leave IMMEDIATELY and you will forfeit your payment. NO REFUND will be given.
* Cancellations can be made 48 hours before the arrival date for a full refund. NO REFUND will be made if a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the arrival date.
* There will be a $100 per night per additional guest over the guest limit of the unit.
We love open communication. Please do let us know if there are issues with the unit so that we can take care of it as quickly as humanly possible.
We have several units at the ASBURY TINY HOMES VILLAGE. These are 2 BR, 2 BATH and 2 BEDS (1 bedroom), 1 BATH units. All of these are located at 149 Stone Road in Albertville AL.
These units are great for a simple getaway or it can be for your group. If you love to fish then this is the perfect location. Each unit does have electrical outlets to charge your boat.

Our refund policy is very simple.
We will give you a full refund if you cancel before the 48 hours prior to your arrival date. NO REFUND will be given if you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival.
